With online mode tests taking place over a year and a half during the Covid epidemic, the national government has now allowed college and university colleges to conduct offline classes and tests for fully immunized students.

“We are in the process of conducting the next offline semester exams and discussed this issue at a recent conference hosted by the university. It is unanimously decided to run it offline, and its detailed planning will begin after the Diwali holiday, ”said Mahesh Tay, Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) head of testing and evaluation department.

Students and student organizations want to have both online and offline options for conducting exams. “I am in my hometown of Nashik and I will be back next year because of the money. With my family feeding now, it would be easier if the tests were held online and next semester, ”said Kedar Jambhale, a second-year Commerce student.

Kamlakar Shete, a student and vice president of Yuvak Kranti Dal, in Pune city, said, "We conducted an online survey to get students' opinions on conducting exams, of which 11,000 took part and 93.04 percent wanted online exams next semester Therefore, our need is that universities and colleges should give students the option to enroll in exams both online and offline. ”

Thanks & Regards.
