Again Petrol, Diesel price dropped - YP Buzz News

     The price of petrol remains unchanged for the tenth consecutive day on Saturday, November 13, throughout India. The same applies to diesel prices, which also did not change nationwide for 10 straight days. Petrol prices have not changed since the Center announced a reduction in taxes on the night before Diwali, with many praising the move as a 'Diwali gift'. The government has reduced the tax on petrol, reduced the price of petrol by Rs 5 and diesel by Rs 10.



With the Center's tax cuts, the price of petrol was reduced to Rs 103.97 in the Delhi capital and did not change on Wednesday. On the other hand, one liter of diesel here costs Rs 86.67 a day. Delhi did not announce any VAT reduction.

The price of petrol in Mumbai was Rs 109.98 a liter per day. The price of diesel in the financial capital was Rs 94.14 per liter after the reduction, and it has not changed.

In the West Bengal capital, Kolkata, the price of a liter of petrol on Monday stood at Rs 104.67. On the other hand, the price of a liter of diesel is set at Rs 89.79 in a large eastern city.

In Chennai, the price of petrol was Rs 101.40 per liter and that amount of diesel stood at Rs 91.43. The price of petrol in Bhopal was Rs 107.23, while the price of diesel in the city of Madhya Pradesh was Rs 90.87 that day.

Most provinces that have reduced VAT on petrol and diesel are controlled by the BJP. These include Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Tripura, Goa, Uttarakhand, Manipur, Assam, Bihar and Haryana. The three union states of Puducherry, Jammu and Kashmir, as well as Chandigarh, also adopted a similar decision.

Petrol and diesel prices vary from region to region depending on factors such as international crude oil prices, VAT and the cost of goods. Oil companies are reviewing the price of petrol and diesel daily at 6 p.m.
