And here comes the ban on firecrackers on Diwali - YP Buzz News

 YP Buzz -

CONTINUING the annual bombing laws, Pune City Police on Tuesday issued an order setting out procedures for the sale and explosion of explosives in their area near Diwali. Police have prevented the sale, the availability and cracker cracker explosion, often called Sutli Bomb, rejecting the bombing of crackers on community roads.

The decision was handed down by Police Commissioner Amitabh Gupta on Tuesday night. The order states that temporary explosives licenses have been issued and that traders will only be allowed to sell from October 27 to November 7.

Later, the remaining stock will have to be returned to merchants and storage facilities with a permanent permit to hold and sell explosives.

Explosive explosives are banned from 10pm to 6am during Diwali, but the use of light-emitting crackers will only be allowed during this time.

Exploding any type of cracker on a public road and within 10 meters of a public road is not permitted.

Explosives producing more than 125 decibels at a distance of 4 meters from the site of the explosion were banned from sale, goods and explosives, the order said.

A type of cracker with special size parameters, which comes with wire wrapping and produces high decibel sound, is prohibited from catching, selling and exploding.

Thanks & Regards
