                 Cybersecurity company TAC Security has switched to a 4-day work week, closing on Friday 7 months ago for better production. An IT company's internal survey showed 80% of the team were willing to work four days a week for many hours while getting a long weekend to focus on their commitment and growth. Many employees sign up for a variety of courses and activities after the announcement, enabling organizations to believe in their decision and their results.
