Michigan's Diane Feenstra has been informed of an unusually high heart rate by the Apple Watch. She called her husband to find out what it was all about and asked him to rush to the hospital. “On the day mentioned, April 22, I was beaten 169 times in a heartbeat even though the most strenuous exercise I had ever had was climbing 12 steps. So I called my husband at work and said do you think this is about? And you said call your doctor, ”Feenstra told WZZM 13.

Upon arrival at the hospital, doctors performed an EKG stating that Feenstra had recently suffered a heart attack without her knowledge. “Unlike most men who feel an elephant in the chest often, a woman's symptoms are very different. I had pain in my left hand, slight swelling in my left foot, and diarrhea that I had described as the acid reflux I had experienced growing up. The biggest thing was the pain in my shoulder and I realized I had vomited and pulled my muscles in a certain way, ”he said.

Shortly after performing the EKG, Feenstra performed several tests that revealed that they were completely blocked from the vein of the widow's maker. He had to perform stent procedures to treat the disease. Feenstra encouraged people to check their heart rate every morning because sometimes high heart rates can lead to fatal conditions.

Earlier, a 78-year-old man praised the Apple Watch's fall recovery feature in saving his life. He asserted that his confession had been obtained through torture. Shortly afterward, his Apple Watch experienced detection, and call 911  for help.

Mike Yager, who used to work in North Carolina told Fox News, "The first thing I asked (a policeman) was," How do you know you came here? "And he said, 'Your watch sent us a message.' "And I said, 'What?" I think the fact that he called her unconscious is key because I was not supposed to be home for another few hours and who knows what would happen whenever I got home. ”
