The Final Year Exams are still in the pipeline as no final decision is done by the supreme court. the plea filed by the Yuva Sena was heard and found valid also the decision of exams canceled by the state Maharashtra and Delhi were taken up for hearing.

Divan highlighted the issues that would arise if exams are conducted. The primary issues happen to be the transportation to be done by the students also how the exams center would be sanitized as only sanitizing hand won't assure restricting the coronavirus.

Also, partiality between final year students and other year students was highlighted as well. The Disaster Management Act was brought into a conversation where its laws and application were highlighted. The NDMA which happens to be the National Disaster manager Act applies to all states including the districts as well.
