BOOM !! Delhi University to grant Degree Completion Certificate digitally before 13 August - YP Buzz

                   Delhi University happens to be the first university to issue the Degree Certificate via digital mediums. Amongst the top universities listed in India, Delhi University has made a place for self and has been maintaining for long.

Amid the coronavirus pandemic providing certificates to the pass out, students were delayed by Delhi University and hence the students had a quick run to the court of justice. Students from the colleges namely Lady Hardinge Medical College, Maulana Azad Medical College & University College of Medical Sciences affiliated with the Delhi University passed out in the year 2018 and 2019 have yet not received their Degree Completion Certificate and the reason was too childish which says the Degree Completion Certificate was not provided as the contract with the printer has expired.

However, the court has directed Delhi University to grant certificates irrespective of the conditions as students who have taken the plea at the door need to apply for the residency program in the United States.

 www.digicerti.du.ac.in is the portal where details are to be filled and the Delhi University will be issuing the Degree within a week. Due to the pandemic digital mediums are promoted on a large scale and many universities have begun the lectures via online platforms also the decision on final year exams is still pending in the Supreme Court to be heard on August 14.
